How we work.

Firstly we aim to understand your business. Our clients span a wide variety of industry sectors but all share the same need for a visual solution to a business issue. Whether that is to improve their business image, communicate a particular message, or to sell more products, we help get the message across.

Work flow

  1. Consultation Meeting
    Discuss proposal with the client. A creative brief is devised collectively with the client.
  2. Initial designs
    We draft visuals for cover and text pages. They are reviewed with the client for feedback and finalisation, this can be done ahead of actual accounts being available.
  3. Layout and proofing
    Our team will develop the complete annual report from the Word documents supplied in line with approved designs and commence proofing via the client area on our website.
  4. Artwork ready for press
    On finalisation of these designs and sign off from the client we prepare the artwork to go to press.
  5. Printing and finishing
    We supervise the printing process to its conclusion and arrange for deliveries or mailing.
  6. Deliveries and mailing
    Deliveries to multiple addresses with reporting of dispatch and receipt. Optional mailing facilities supervised by us sent from address files or labels supplied.
  7. PDF copy of complete Annual Report
    Complete finalised PDF supplied for client’s use on website and email distribution.
